Our Process

Pre-Foreclosure Homeowner Situations Are Solved With Our Process

Within 30-45 Days, Our Rescue Program is Completed to Your Satisfaction

Contact & Scheduling

A team member will reach out to confirm your interest in our program and validate the details you’ve provided. We will work with you to schedule a convenient appointment to discuss your situation with a Program Director. This initial connection is essential for us to understand how we can best assist you.

Orientation & Discovery

During your appointment, a Program Director will review your circumstances in detail, explain the steps of our program, and outline what will be required from you. We’ll gather essential information about your home and mortgage situation. This process may take more than one call, but our dedicated Program Director will be with you every step of the way until we complete the Discovery phase.

Offer & Contract

We will present you with a firm purchase offer for your home, using the standard Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase that complies with your state's regulations. This offer will remain valid for three days, giving you time to consider it. Once you accept and execute the contract, our team will prepare for the next steps leading to the scheduled Closing with our Closing Agent, ensuring a smooth transition.

Closing & Vacate

On Closing day, we will finalize the purchase by transferring funds and executing all necessary documents to complete the transaction and transfer title. If the home is not already vacated, it must be empty by the time of Closing, as occupancy is required to conclude the sale. The Closing Agent will distribute funds to all parties involved either on the same day or by the next business day, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
